NOTABLE EVENTS TO WATCH OUT FOR IN 2018

1. FIFA WORLD CUP 2018
The most watched world sports event will be held in Russia from 14th June to 15th July 2018 with 32 teams playing in 11 host cities in Russia.

2. ZIMBABWEAN GENERAL ELECTUONS
After the military coup that saw the end of Mugabe's  37 year rule, Zimbabweans are expected to go to the ballots before September 2018. to elect someone other than Mugabe.

3. BREXIT
Pundits have predicted  severe economic consequences of Britain's exit from European union this year. However, the British are expected to sign deals that will enable them fully leave the block by October 2018.

 4. KENYAN'S NEW EDUCATION CURRICULUM
The Kenya Institute of Curriculum development is expected to roll out the new curriculum of 2.6.6.3 from January. The program will be implemented  in pre primary and lower primary. The new curriculum will have new subject contents that are practical oriented.

5. US EMBACY IN JERUSALEM
The Unites States is expected to build her embacy in Jerusalem. This comes after UN Generally assembly voted Jerusalem to be the capital city of Israel instead of Palestine. There is serious disagreement on the exact capital city of Israel between the two Cities. The conflict may also lead to religious tension between Muslims and Christians in Europe.
